Tish brings together the art and the science of yoga therapy in her sessions. She shares the latest research. For clients who are interested she combines tracking technology for physiological feedback by looking at heart rate variability (HRV), heart rate and blood pressure in real time. In class there is always a focus on breathing and the autonomic nervous system. The reduction of stress and anxiety is on the top of the list of goals for every yoga class. Tish works to reduce all dis-ease in the body and mind as the best path to health and well-being.
