Since 1995, I has worked full-time as a teacher of Asian life and movement arts. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Author and Zen Master. My yoga classes are characterized by a holistic perspective, mindfulness, compassion and everyday life. In my lessons I integrate psychological and philosophical aspects of Buddhism, Taosimus, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda with much ease and humor.
I attach great importance to a balanced practice of traditional Hatha Yoga techniques. It is important to me that my students develop with serene serenity, devotion, and joy according to their individual and personal capacities and opportunities, and find their way back to themselves, to their inner strength, and to their true original nature.
