Nancy’s mantra is “Meet Yourself Naturally”. She’s a modern-day Sherpa. Sherpa describes a highly skilled and experienced mountain guide paid to prepare a route, fix ropes, and carry necessary gear up a mountain. You may/may not find me climbing a mountain, but I too am a guide highly skilled and experienced in mind/body/nature integrative therapies. I prepare a route for you to follow, chart the path and carry all necessary tools to ensure you make it up your own personal wellness mountain.
Nancy’s mantra is “Meet Yourself Naturally”. She is a certified yoga therapist, 500-ERYT, nature guide and modern-day Sherpa. ‘Sherpa’ is commonly used to describe a highly skilled and experienced mountain guide. They are paid to prepare a route, fix ropes, and carry necessary gear up a mountain. You may or may not find me climbing a mountain, but I too am a guide highly skilled and experienced in mind/body/nature/art integrative therapies. I prepare a route for you to follow, chart the path and carry all the necessary tools to ensure you make it up your own personal wellness mountain.
After her own stress-related nervous breakdown, she discovered her path to wellness was rooted in yoga, meditation, wilderness and nature work. Today, she calls herself an empath – highly sensitive to the valuable relationship we share with all living things, and the transformative healing qualities nature brings to self. She brings all of her wisdom together to offer you wellness support.
What You Can Expect
A focus on you is the start. It’s about your needs, your time, your privacy, your safety, your budget, your health and wellness, and your results. The work is internally focused, we are here to act as your Sherpa, your guide through the process.
You can choose a single session or a multi session program that fits your budget. You will be provided an in-take form to help guide us in creating a custom program just for you. The first session is ideally 90 minutes long and includes a review of your health/wellness history, your wellness objectives, your physical, energetic, emotional and in some cases, spiritual state. We couple that with your understanding of the yoga therapy process and engaging in an initial session of movement, breath work and more. At each session, you will be provided home therapy work, specific to you and your wellness. Subsequent sessions range from 60 to 75 minutes in length.
