I am looking forward to meeting you, helping you customize a plan to help you with pain management, meditation, relaxation and finding balance and acceptance in your life. Yoga therapy offers many tools to achieve whatever you want to help your life.
I became interested in yoga therapy when I was a client myself. I found it a very beneficial tool to help me manage my chronic pain through relaxation, meditation and modified yoga poses. I became a yoga therapist because I wanted to help people find their way to better health. I have worked in the health field for 42 years as a radiologic technologist in orthopedics. I am entering a new phase of my life, being able to concentrate all my energies on my yoga therapy business. There are so many tools to share with you, that can help you find acceptance, pain management, and peace in your life. I am excited to meet with new clients, getting to know each individual and customizing a plan together that fits their lifestyle and abilities.
