I have more than 25 years of experience helping people live happier, healthier lives. With patience, persistence and deep inner listening, we can learn to let go of beliefs and behaviors that limit our potential and, instead, allow ourselves to flourish and bloom. No matter what challenges we face, I believe change and growth are possible!
I’ve worked with people of all ages, identities and economic circumstances dealing with a wide range of issues, including trauma, addiction, eating disorders, domestic violence, depression and anxiety, as well as with people seeking personal growth, greater well being and a deeper expression of their spirituality. I have a warm, empathic approach infused with humor — because sometimes, we just have to laugh! I also deeply respect each person’s autonomy, and do my best to support the ability to trust oneself and follow the guidance that comes from within.
