My greatest passion is sharing the joy and benefits of yoga with others.
Essentially I am looking to help you find more ease around the breath, with your body and thoughts. We have no control over what circumstances come our way however we can learn to respond in a way that brings more ease and peace.
Yoga has been my rock; through the illness and death of my father, navigating teenage boys and the emotional roller coaster of my menopause at 43.
I spend time getting to know my clients, fostering a relationship of deep listening so any recommendations and practices offered, support movement towards being more at ease with self, others and life.
My personal daily practice involves gentle movement, breath awareness and meditation. I plan each day before it begins, take time to prepare and eat nourishing meals and find ways to have fun, connect with nature and unwind each day. I have found that consciously slowing down and creating space around activities, really helps in stay centred and in balance. When we have space in the day, we think and respond from a place of harmony and wisdom.
