For more than ten years, Erin has been exploring ideas of freedom and belonging. Spiritually and culturally curious, the study of yoga is limitless and this vastness is what keeps Erin on the mat. As a studio owner, yoga therapist, teacher educator and, most importantly, student, the eight limbed practice continues to unfold through meditation, writing, service and advanced studies in bio-mechanics.
Highly intuitive, Erin follows her heart’s guidance; each lesson, whether public or private, lecture, movement, or meditation is sourced from an ever expanding understanding of ancient wisdom, creativity and humor.
