About Me

Brahmi Gold-Berntein, C-IAYT, E-RYT 500, Senior TriYoga Teacher Trainer, Director TriYoga Boston. Brahmi has been practicing yoga since 1976 and began teaching in 1982. She began her magical, mystical, and transformative journey with TriYoga in 1993. She has assisted Kaliji in workshops nationally and internationally. Brahmi directs the teacher training program at TriYoga Boston, and therapeutic yoga trainings in the US and Europe.

My approach to Yoga

Brahmi directs the teacher training program at TriYoga Boston, and therapeutic yoga trainings in the US and Europe.

Brahmi teaches group therapeutic classes for relieving back pain, chair yoga for arthritis and chronic pain, and Parkinson’s. Brahmi also does private yoga therapy sessions. The private sessions focus on your goals and provide you with a set of practices for all the Kosas (layers of being), to help you find your way out of pain, and into balance.

My Yoga Qualifications

Brahmi has 43 years of experience practicing yoga, and 36 year of experience teaching yoga. For the past 26 years , TriYoga has helped her heal from chronic back pain, wrist pain, shoulder and knee surgeries. The TriYoga method is both healing and transformative. Over the last 2 decades Brahmi has training Boston area TriYoga teachers. She developed a teacher training program for Yoga for Parkinson’s with the APDA along with an 8-week program for those newly diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Brahmi also was certified as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, and had the privilege of going through Jnani Chapman’s 100 hour YCat, Yoga in Cancer Treatment and Recovery program.
