Amy Armstrong, RYT, C-IAYT, is a certified practitioner of Integrated Movement Therapy (IMT), a yoga-based method that can benefit individuals of all ages. IMT blends the ancient tradition of yoga with contemporary perspectives in neuroscience and psychology. Amy draws from over 15 years of experience, plus her extensive training in yoga therapy, anatomy, yoga philosophy, meditation and mindfulness, to create unique and personalized sessions for each client.
Amy passionately believes in yoga as a tool for empowerment and healing that should be accessible to all. It can help us navigate our tumultuous world, building compassion and strength within each practitioner. Yoga restores and maintains the physical body, and allows us to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yoga can help us meet our greatest challenges in life with awareness and grace.
