Alicia Cuglietta earned her 800-hour certification from Integrative Yoga Therapy and holds a C-IAYT status with The International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is currently teaching her classes and clinics at various locations in Las Vegas, NV. A strong advocate of the therapeutic and healing benefits of yoga, she educates her students and clients in the myriad of traditional yoga practices and techniques to bring about balance and healing in their lives. Her professional interests focus on women’s wellness, back care and anxiety issues, and her current projects include developing a a yoga therapy program for pelvic floor balance. In addition, she owns and operates Down Dog Diagnostics, LLC Yoga Therapy, and is a supporting member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She holds additional certificates in Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Mudra Therapy, and TAYMS (adaptive yoga for MS.) To date, her combined yoga/yoga therapy continuing education hours exceed 1200 hours.

Pelvic Floor Balance: creating a friendly relationship with an often taboo area, teaching education about the pelvic floor, breathing techniques, body awareness, relaxation, energy work along with toning and/or opening/easing the muscles in and around the pelvic structure.
Back Care Program: offered both individually as a private and as a 4-session program, teaching education about back health, breathing techniques to ease back pain, gentle yoga practice increasing strength and flexibility, guided relaxation or meditation & a home practice to continue on your own. No previous yoga experience required.
Overcoming Anxiety: ? offered both individually as a private and as a 4-session program, we’ll explore self-healing modalities that are effective and profoundly liberating when faced with the debilitating effects of anxiety. Learn breath work, meditation and gentle movement techniques that help to break the psychological, biochemical, and physical cycles that keep anxiety in your life.
